Responsible for keeping all internal and external customers satisfied/happy with our company as their distributor and to accommodate them the best way possible. Solve customer problems, which may include communicating with vendors and co-workers to obtain answers and reply to customers in a timely manner. Function as a team member within the department and organization, as required and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company. Duties: Responsible for assisting all external and internal customers, to include the following duties:Enter, change and update orders.
