Customer Service Representative - The Panther Group : Job Details

The Panther Group is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to partner up with a well-known Transportation solution company in Dover, DE . This is a long term remote contract to hire opportunity. Training is onsite for 2-3 months from 8:30am - 5:00pm then switches to 10:30am - 7:00pm after training.

• Answering Inbound calls
• Perform account maintenance
• Resolve issues with upset customers
• Perform data entry

Customer Service Representative Job Requirements
