Responsibilities:
* Basic customer service skillset.
* Handle basic customer inquiries via phone, case queue, and email.
* Basic order and quote entry.
* Provide a seamless customer journey from quote issuance to order entry.
* Resolve simple customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Salesforce.
* Work in CRM systems. Salesforce and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Claim management for various customer complaints.
* Ability to work independently and problem solve.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* At least 1 year of customer service experience.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic computer and phone skills, familiarity with CRM software.
