The Customer Service Representative will play a crucial role in the insurance industry and supporting our clients.Duties and Responsibilities:* Provide quotes for commercial lines in addition to surplus lines quoting.* Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.* Process both new business and renewals for customers.* Skillfully identify and assess customers' needs, delivering appropriate and effective solutions.* Process payments and submit insurance premiums accurately and in a timely manner.* Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings to assist customers accurately and efficiently.* Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions to continuously improve service quality.Qualifications:* Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.* Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.* Excellent listening, negotiation, prospecting, and presentation skills.Preferred Qualifications:* Excellent listening, negotiation, prospecting, and presentation skills.* Valid Washington State Property & Casualty Insurance License.* Broad knowledge of commercial property and casualty insurance.
