Customer Service Representative - Verstela : Job Details

Are you a customer-focused individual with a knack for problem-solving and communication? We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you'll be the vital link between internal and external customers, ensuring that their needs are met while maintaining smooth communication and data integrity.If you're passionate about delivering top-notch service, handling escalations, and making sure every detail is executed as requested, this is the perfect role for you!Job Duties:

• Ensure accurate tracing of shipment data and maintain integrity
• Handle client-specific cases and resolve POD (Proof of Delivery) requests
• Address reclamations and handle escalated issues with professionalism
• Regularly review and adhere to SOPs (Statement of Procedures)
• Assist service providers with inventory management processes

Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with OT when neededPay: $18.00Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• SAP and Salesforce experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Initiative and flexibility to adapt to changing environments
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• This Client who we are staffing for participates in the E-Verify program.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
• Must be able to reach, stoop, and bend as needed
• Manufacturing environment with occasional exposure to various physical demands
