Customer Service Representative - Portland Glass Company : Job Details

As a Customer Service/ Inside Sales Representative on the Portland Glass team, a typical day for you will include:Providing outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone. Making outside calls to generate leads/follow up on lead inquires Following up on job estimates and quotes with customers. Admin duties such as: Scheduling glass installations, placing orders, receiving product, confirming appointments, collecting payments, invoicing, communicating with insurance companies, etc. Bring your skills and achieve success.(Required qualifications)1-2 years' experience in customer service within an office/shop setting is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong Microsoft Office/computer skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to pass a background check and drug test per applicable state laws.
