Customer Service Representative - Staffmark : Job Details

Staffmark has partnered with a growing and passionate company seeking new talent to work as a Customer Service Representative in Lake Worth, TX. Our client specializes in auctioning and sales of work equipment and supplies. If you have a willingness to go above and beyond to offer outstanding customer service, you are the ideal candidate we are looking for! Pay: $19/hr. Schedule: 8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday Daily tasks include communicating with internal and external customers to clarify terms and conditions, promptly responding to inquiries and concerns through phone and email and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also includes building and maintaining positive relationships by demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism in all interactions.
