Role Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a key member of our team, representing Aire Serv on support calls. Your responsibilities will include handling service requests, managing customer complaints, and scheduling appointments. By exemplifying our code of values, you will show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

You are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. Driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction, you are adept at managing a variety of situations daily.

Specific Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound sales calls

Receive incoming calls professionally and courteously

Schedule appointments efficiently

Assign daily work/calls to team members

Perform marketing and sales functions to generate additional business

Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints

Maintain office services by organizing operations and procedures, and preparing and reviewing purchase orders

Perform other duties as needed, including cross-training in related positions

Job Requirements:

Minimum of two years of customer service experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills

Positive attitude

Team player capable of working independently

General computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office

Typing skills are a plus
