Customer Service Representative - 24 Seven Talent : Job Details

- Contract length: Approx. 5 months, could extend

- Location: Hybrid, 2 days onsite in Tempe, AZ (Tu/Th)

- Set/Max hourly rate: $23/hr

- Hours: Fulltime, M-F

- Contractor benefits available

Key Responsibilities:

• Support hourly and daily quality management across Corporate and Catering programs.
• Execute and provide feedback on standard operating procedures.
• Master internal tools and interact with customers, merchants, and deliver drivers regularly.
• Detect fulfillment challenges early to prevent widespread issues.
• Contribute to launching new pilot initiatives in Emerging Categories operations.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing contexts.

Shifts:

• 2 shift options:
• 6 AM - 2 PM PST
• 10 AM - 6 PM PST
