We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who takes the initiative, is flexible and collaborative, and who creatively problem solves for our customers.What you'll do each day:* You'll be the first impression of the company, the friendly voice on the phone saving the day for the customer with a plumbing, drain or HVAC issues.* You'll be a great listener, so you know just how to take care of the customer's needs.* You'll be efficient while scheduling a service call that suits the customer's schedule.* You'll be accurate at data entry, making sure all the notes entered into the system for the Technician who will be dispatched for the repair, so he knows just what to do.Schedule:This position is located in our Columbus office and is required to be in-office.
