Job Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound customer calls in a fast-paced setting.
  • Understand and address urgent HVAC, plumbing, and electrical needs with clarity and efficiency.
  • Communicate empathetically and with urgency, ensuring a professional and polite demeanor.
  • Make outbound calls as required.
  • Keep customer records updated with accurate and complete information.
  • Participate in required training to enhance your professional growth.
  • Maintain clear communication with dispatch and management.
Job Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Service Titan experience is a huge plus.
  • Enjoy working in a positive, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Excellent patience and active listening abilities.
  • Comfortable multitasking in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficient in using computers and relevant software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
