Complex Call Center Representative | Onsite M-F in Studio City | Hourly Rate: $26
We are seeking an experienced Complex Call Center Representative with a background in insurance or healthcare provider services to join our client's team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to insurance, healthcare benefits, claims, and policy inquiries.
- Assist customers with account updates, payment processing, and service-related questions.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide accurate resolutions while adhering to company policies.
- Navigate and update CRM and other customer service platforms to document interactions.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare and insurance industry regulations.
- Follow scripts and service protocols while ensuring a personalized customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer concerns.
- Adhere to quality assurance standards and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a complex call center or similar environment.
- Experience in insurance, healthcare, or related industries is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to simplify complex information.
- Excellent problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain efficiency in a high-volume setting.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications.
- Full COVID-19 vaccination required upon hire.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
HIGHLY Preferred Experience:
- Inbound Call Centers – Assisting customers with insurance claims, benefits, and policy information.
- Outbound Call Centers – Contacting clients for follow-ups, surveys, or service updates.
- Blended Call Centers – Managing both inbound and outbound communications.
