We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our life insurance team in a remote, full-time position. This role requires a strong background in call center operations and customer service, with a focus on de-escalation and efficiency. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, goal-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls, providing exceptional customer support.
• Assist policyholders with inquiries related to their life insurance coverage, payments, and policy details.
• Effectively de-escalate difficult situations while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Meet and exceed daily call answer quotas while ensuring quality customer interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
• Work independently while staying aligned with company goals and service standards.

• Longevity in Previous Roles – Demonstrated stability and commitment in past employment.
• Call Center Experience – Previous experience in a call center or similar high-volume customer service role.
• Customer Service Skills – Ability to provide clear, professional, and solution-focused assistance.
• Strong Communication & Problem-Solving – Ability to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Self-Motivated – Ability to work independently and stay productive in a remote setting.
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
