JOB SUMMARY A Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. This position handles inquiries via phone and email and works closely with other teams to deliver timely and effective solutions. This position reports to the Customer Support Manager. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through phone and email
• Process orders daily
• Issue sample request forms, credit memo forms, RMA forms, artwork/imprint forms, and freight claims forms to other departments as needed
• Resolve customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information about our products
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in customer service or a related role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using an ERP and Google Suite
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
