Job Description :
Answer calls from medical providers, regarding patient claim inquires, prior authorization, member eligibility, portal support and explanation of benefits. Focus on resolving issues on the first call. Deliver information and answer questions in a positive manner to facilitate strong relationships with providers and their staff. Complete the system documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate reporting. Constantly meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards Maintain all Compliance and HIPAA regulations at all times.
