Overview:

The Customer Service Representative (Order Entry) plays a key role in supporting OEM, Distribution, and customers by managing order entry, RMAs, and customer inquiries. This role ensures prompt and accurate responses to customer needs and collaborates across teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete order entry process, including verifying product details, processing RMAs, and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Cross-train with the purchasing department and support administrative projects for the materials team.
  • Address customer disputes related to shipments and warranty issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (purchasing, logistics, sales, marketing) to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Log and follow up on customer feedback, ensuring inquiries are resolved and documented.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience (B2B CS or order entry preferred, but not required).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of USPS, FedEx, UPS, or other carrier services is a plus.

Additional Information:

  • Pay: $21-25/hour
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.
  • Location: 100% in-office. (Fridley)
  • Type: Direct hire with full benefits!!!
