Customer Service Representative- Part Time - Ritchie Bros. : Job Details

Job Description The Customer Service Representative will register bidders, answer inquiries, process payments and other sale related activities. In this role you'll:

• Process Bidder Payments
• Provide Customers with Information regarding fee structures and methods of payment
• Provide step by step information on how to register On- Line as well as how to direct customers to our axillary platforms and services.
• Provide Additional Support for our Key Room
• Maintain Confidentiality of all Information
• Ensure that Superior Customer Service is delivered always to all customers
• File, Photocopy as required
• Comfortable with Word/Excel
• Provide Additional Administrative support as needed by different departments
• Answer the Phones / Customer Courtesy calls post sale
• Actively support the RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: to send everyone home, every day, the way they came to work, by taking personal responsibility for your safety and safety of your team, co-workers and customers.

ResponsibilitiesHere's what you bring:

• Previous work experience where you worked in-person with customers
• Experience using Computers, and able to learn to use New Technology and Software
• Excellent keyboarding skills for Data Entry
