Job Description :
In a call center type environment, responsible for daily communication with customers for inquiries or requests pertaining to service status, reporting, or universal support needs. - Responsible for diagnosing customers needs and solving them in the same point of contact. - Provide basic information of our homes as well as company processes and procedures to our customers. - Daily interaction with cross-functional teams and departments to ensure customer requirements are met. - Resolve critical customer support issues in a timely manner. - All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
