Responsibilities & Duties:

A Mobility Customer Service Representative liaises with patients, referral sources, and other team members to coordinate patient care. A Mobility CSR assists patients in-person and over the phone, as well as maintains patient charts, processes patient orders, creates delivery tickets, and coordinates scheduling. * Liaise with patients, referral sources, and other team members to coordinate patient care

* Use software systems to communicate effectively; keeps a record of all patient contacts

* Maintain strong working knowledge of products and services offered by company

* Answer phone calls, returns voicemails, routes calls to proper team members, and corresponds with patients via email

* Perform referral operations such as order intake, customer service, insurance verification, documentation verification, prior authorization, and scheduling

* Prepare billing documents, such as CMNs and other waivers

* Ensure that referrals and other patient requests are addressed or processed in a timely manner

* Identify patient needs or desires to recommend appropriate products or services

* Work with teammates to resolve customer complaints. Escalate complaints to leadership when necessary.

* Provide feedback to leaders to help improve business practices; assist in creating ways to deliver excellent customer service

Requirements

About You ---

* High school diploma or equivalent

* 2+ years customer service experience

* 2+ years of rehab/mobility experience, or relevant training, preferred; Previous healthcare experience preferred

* Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
