As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our team, providing top-notch support to our clients and ensuring that their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. You will handle a variety of customer inquiries, resolve issues, and contribute to the enhancement of our customer service operations.

  • Process Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on customer trends, service challenges, and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience and achieve organizational goals.
  • Compliance: Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure compliance and consistency in customer interactions.
  • Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's degree or higher is a plus.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a technology or mobility-related field.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Customer-Centric: Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service with a positive and proactive approach.
