Job Description :
You will be handling a high volume of incoming calls from patients up to 80-100 per day Calls include patient requests for appointments, new patients, insurance questions, transferring for triage or refill, or sending messages through patients charts to on-site clinical staff. 95% of the team is working remotely from home. Support is provided in active group chats, and help queues to talk with trainers, leads, or supervisors with patient on hold. This position is 8-10 hours at a computer. Breaks and lunches are strictly scheduled.
