Customer Service Representative - Spanish - Express Employment : Job Details

Located in Tualatin, OR Salary: $19-$21/hr DOEBilingual Customer Service Representative- Exciting Opportunity! Join our fantastic client in Tualatin! They are seeking a dynamic individual to enhance their team!This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity!Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service support to clients and vendors
• You will provide answers to questions and provide resource information as needed
• Responsible for gathering detailed information, running verification checks, certificate of insurance tracking, W-9 verifications, and other pre-registering duties
• Answer phone calls, assist all callers with setting up profiles, updating membership subscriptions, and collecting any data needed for their account
• Follow-up with clients who have left messages, subscriptions that need updating enrollment verifications
• Respond to customer emails and chats in a professional and friendly manner
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability
• Data entry in various platforms
• Additional duties assigned as needed

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Two or more years of customer service experience
• Strong interpersonal skills including strong active listening skills, ability to receive and give feedback, and goal-oriented
• Computer experience and knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize workload
• Possesses problem-solving skills as well as being able to make logical decisions and set pretties
• Ability to work with deadlines and meet them by their due date
• HS Diploma/ GED

Pay: $19-$21/hr. DOESchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5 pmHow to Apply:
