As a Customer Service Representative, we will teach you to be a risk advisor and uncover customer needs. We are looking to add someone with a winning and competitive mindset. Please take into consideration, this position will require a Property & Casualty and Life & Health license.This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs required by the agent. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Taking detailed notes and completing processes
- Retaining current customers by providing excellent customer service
- Working with our team to achieve common goals and grow the agency.
- Writing insurance policies
- Help customers customize coverages, products, and services
- Claims submission
- Billing clarification
