Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by proactively following up to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Provide friendly and accurate customer service, addressing inquiries about quotes, coverages, and policy changes.
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, and recommend products and services tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and maintain a supportive work environment.
- Develop expertise in State Farm products to deliver personalized solutions and grow within the agency.
- No prior experience necessary just a strong desire to succeed and make a difference.

- Structured schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with weekends off to support work-balance and stability.
