Initial Guidance: Assist new store managers in getting acquainted with their roles, ensuring they understand and can use the Store System Portal (SSP) and Elevate System. Ordering Support: Address any questions related to ordering processes, helping managers navigate the system and resolve issues quickly. Training and Development: Provide ongoing training with SSP and Elevate, offering resources to help managers stay updated with best practices and company policies. Problem Resolution: Act as a troubleshooter for any operational issues, ensuring quick resolution. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from new managers to identify areas for improvement in the support system and overall operations. Order Processing and Phone Support: Continue to take orders, answer phone calls, and handle Ask. CS tickets, ensuring seamless support for all customer service needs.
