Compensation: $21 per hourHelpmates is looking for a Customer Experience Agent who is proactive, communicative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Pay Rate: $21.00/hr. Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with flexibility to start at 7:00 AM when needed. Work from home with onsite requirements three times during the first full week of each month, Tuesday -Thursday. Duration: Temporary position with the potential to become permanent.Duties/Responsibilites.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, offering outstanding support through phone, email, and chat.
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with professionalism and empathy.
- Work with internal teams to resolve concerns and escalate issues as needed.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions in company systems.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve customer experience and propose solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service or support roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with Zendesk and NetSuite is a plus but not required.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to exceed customer expectations.
- A background in sports (e.g., team participation, coaching, or related activities) is highly valued.
