**Your Work Schedule**

At Mundo-Tech, we value your work-life balance! The Customer Service Specialist is a full-time role from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday - Friday.

**What You'll Do**

* **Purchase Order Entry:** Receive and enter all PO's into our ERP Software

* **Customer Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong customer relationships

* **Contract Review:** Review new and updated customer contracts

**What You'll Need**

* **Experience:** 1+ years of customer service experience in a professional environment.

* **Education:** Higher education in Marketing, Business Management, or other related fields preferred

* **Microsoft Excel:** Experience and understanding in Microsoft Excel is required

* **Ethical Mindset:** Strong moral reasoning and a humble perspective

* **Salaried Wages:** Starting salary of between $32 - 40k, dependent on experience

**Where You'll Work**

This position is located at our Rogers, AR facility. This position is primarily onsite, however we understand life happens! We offer remote flexibility when you need to take care of a family member, have germs you don't want to spread, the weather is unsafe, or other needs arise.
