Job Title: Customer Service/Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Liaise with sales and product teams to ensure order details are precise and meet customer expectations.
- Provide prompt updates on the status of customer orders, and communicate any changes or delays effectively.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouses, and carriers to ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, pricing, and product information.
- Review and generate reports as required to monitor order statuses and other key metrics.
- Advocate for process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Attend meetings with party venues, hotels, and corporations to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Visit and join relevant industry associations to stay engaged with the market.
- Participate in various trade shows and hospitality events throughout the year to represent the company and promote our products.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure their needs are consistently met and anticipate any future requirements.
- Stay current with industry trends and competitors to ensure a competitive edge.
- Maintain continuity with hotel contacts as they move from property to property.
- Maintain a positive attitude and be results-oriented. Business attire may be required for certain meetings and events.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the textile or related industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering superior client experiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must demonstrate high levels of integrity and personal responsibility.
