We have multiple openings for Customer Service Specialists to join our growing team! This position is primarily responsible for coordinating and maintaining student and faculty healthcare requirements records for all University programs.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm CST schedule
Pay: The starting pay rate is 20/hr and we promote career progression opportunities

Day in the Life:
* Communicate with students and faculty via inbound phone calls regarding status of compliance documents
* Answer Phones: Provide professional and courteous customer service by answering and managing inbound calls, directing them to appropriate departments or personnel.
* Enter Screenings: Accurately enter screening data for students and faculty into relevant systems, ensuring all information is complete and up to date.
* Review Screenings: Analyze any screening flagged for manual review.
* Process Faxed Documents: Review and process faxed documents related to student's clinical site requirements, ensuring that all necessary documentation meets documented standards.
* General Data Entry: Record updates, review of documentation, medical record review, etc.
Keys to Success:
* 1-3 years customer service experience with a focus on customer satisfaction and one-contact resolution required
* Excellent verbal & written communication skills with the ability to professionally interact with students and colleagues at varying professional levels
* Ability to successfully balance multiple tasks simultaneously with competing deadlines
* Ability to take ownership from start to completion, and meet deliverables of assigned tasks and projects in a timely manner
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills required
* Healthcare experience/medical terminology with basic knowledge of immunizations is a plus
