**Summary:**

This positionis located inValencia, CA. Thepersonwill overseemultiple accounts all while managing the portfolio ofaccount. These accounts will fall underAerospace andOriginalEquipmentManufacturers (OEM). Ifyou are one that hasa background in Aerospace/Manufacturing, canbuild strongrelationshipswithcustomers, connecting with key business contacts, and stakeholdersthen we want to speak with you!

**Essential Responsibilities**

+ Serve as the Point of Contact forallmattersinvolving order management for accounts to include negotiating, following up on quotes and obtaining approvalsby partnering with finance.

+ Review contract, RFQ/RFP, coordinate with other functions internally to fully understand the requirements and prepare the quotes/proposals accordingly.

+ Lead onsite meetings, telecons, proposal kick off and tag-ups to meet the customers' goals andobjectives.

+ Ensure thetimelyand successful delivery schedule and clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

+ Work cross functionally with multiple teams in theorganization.

**Position Requirements**

+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution,or equivalent experience

+ Previousexperience in Aerospace, Engineering, ortechnicalindustry sector

+ Leadership, teaming, team problem solving, program management and time management skills

+ Understanding of federal laws, and corporate and project finance

+ Must be well organized and have a history of supporting customer/ sales programs.

+ Proficient in proposal/contract, terms and conditions, preparation,negotiationand management (compliance matrices)

+ 3-5years of experience inClient AccountManagement, contract administration, project management, quality or supply chain in manufacturing,operationsor aerospace environment

+ Strong MSoffice skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PPTexperience)

+ Must be well organized and have a history of managingmultiplecustomer programs.

+ Interfacing with customerson daily basis

+ Previousexperience in proposal/contracts including terms and conditions, preparation,negotiationand management

The salary offered to a candidate is based several factors such as candidate experience and qualifications, location, as well as market and business considerations.

**Equal Pay Act Range**

$52,000 - $77,400 Includes competitive benefits package and Teams rewards.
