Here, we focus on the health, happiness, and well-being of you and those we serve - we care.This position would be fully remote.Hours of work would be 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm (CT).ResponsibilitiesAnswer inbound calls/emails from existing Health Mart Atlas members, providing immediate answers, conducting additional research, or triaging with other departments regarding PBM contracts or payments.Make outbound calls to current customers to follow up on open issues, return voicemails, and participate in call campaigns.Provide timely and accurate responses and call notes to inquiries and efficiently resolve issues.Answer inbound calls and email requests from existing Health Mart Atlas pharmacies regarding Managed Care needs such as adjudication issues, payment research, contract solicitations, and reimbursement issues.Minimum RequirementsTypically requires 3+ years of related experience.Critical SkillsMust be able to multitask.Must have great communication skills.Must be able to problem solve.Proficient in MS Office Suite.Works with cross-functional teams to ensure value proposition is clearly identified and communicated with members including contract updates, industry news, and trends.Once tenured in role, serve as a dedicated representative to assigned chains or buying groups.Preferred SkillsPharmacy experience a plus.Processing claims a plus.Call center experience a plus.Career Level - IC - Business Support - B3We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
