Customer Service Specialist - TEKsystems : Job Details

TEKsystems is currently supporting a client in Monmouth County, NJ for a part-time Customer Support Specialist. This role will support ecommerce sales and provide a best in class customer experience. Applicants with strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment are encouraged to apply.

Description:

+ Support email and phone communication with customers regarding product orders

+ Answer emails from clients offering product knowledge, item numbers, tracking numbers

+ Use Excel to track call and email responses

+ Process purchase orders

+ Support warranty and return process

+ work with internal departments for effective communication on customer timelines

Qualifications:

+ 2-3 years of back office experience in a customer support role

+ Prior experience with an ERP systems highly preferred, SAP experience a plus

+ Experience with processing work orders

+ Microsoft skills

+ Strong communication

Additional Details:

+ Part time position

+ Monday-Friday OR 3 full days

+ 10am-3pm OR 8am-5pm

+ Hybrid work schedule with Monday and Friday remote

+ This is an open ended contract position with the potential for conversion
