Our PositionThe Customer Service Specialist position acts as the receptionist for the Program. The Customer Service Specialist is also responsible for providing routine clerical and administrative support with projects as needed.

Your Responsibilities - Answers telephones and acts as receptionist for program, triages phone calls and gathers pertinent information from callers to accurately log the data elements of each and every call.
- Performs routine typing and other clerical tasks including organizing, filing, copying and faxing.
- Maintains an organized office filing system that assures confidentiality of all documents.
- Ensures the facility reception areas are neat and orderly at all times.
- Performs functions necessary for the initial registration and inputs individual's data into computer.
- Oversees the use, maintenance and repair of office equipment.
- Assists in the ordering and stocking of office supplies as needed.
- Assists in the process of gathering data necessary to perform billing and audit functions as requested.
- Maintains petty cash.
- Understands and adheres to RI International compliance standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policies.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- High School Diploma or equivalent, Associate's degree preferred.

- Must be able to pass de-escalation training, as defined by state requirements,.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality (HIPAA guidelines and regulations) and professionalism.

May be required to lift up to twenty (20) pounds.
