Job Summary

Lohman Therapy Systems North America is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our Supply Chain team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our company's success by providing exceptional customer service and managing critical sales order processes.

This is a full-time role, with hybrid potential located in West Caldwell, NJ.

  • Role is 100% on site for first 3-6 months during training period
  • Mon- Fri Hours: 8:00am to 4:30/5:00pm depending on length of lunch

What You Will Do:

  • Manage all aspects of sales order management in SAP, including order creation, maintenance, expediting, delivery, and invoicing.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external reports and facilitate regular meetings and conference calls with clients.
  • Utilize customer portals for efficient communication and order management.
  • Handle stability and month-end billing for various projects.
  • Participate in annual and periodic inventories.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Supply Chain or Customer Service Operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to convert sales orders using basic math skills (multiplication, division)
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Enterprise Information Systems- SAP S/4HANA preferred.
