Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist at Preferred Capital Funding in Las Vegas, NV. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and enhancing customer experience on a day-to-day basis.
