Customer Service Specialist - Kane Partners LLC : Job Details

Kane Partners is searching for a Customer Support Specialist on behalf of a successful chemical manufacturing company.This role will be a key contact for customers to provide them with updates, facilitate and escalate any issues as needed, and overall satisfaction with their orders.· Manage the status of accounts from receipt through delivery to customer· Must be able to communicate respectfully and professionally to customers· Maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services· Handle numerous customer inquiries promptly, accurately, and efficiently· Provides exceptional client service through strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills· ERP experience required· Strong written and verbal communication skills· Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite· Coordinate with warehouse, production and technical services to ensure customer satisfaction· Coordinate with Sales to deliver exception customer service and provide continual updates or order status
