Call Center Representative
This is a remote position but they can work in our Mattoon, IL office if preferred and they will be required to report to the office if loss of internet/power at home.
Responsibilities:
Interacts with business customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services as well as handles and resolves complaints to the customer's satisfaction. Business customers range from small one-line customers to large system corporations which require the ability to communicate professionally and effectively. Requests and inquiries are received from business customers in all markets. Customer requests are received by telephone, postal mail and email.
May be asked to write small MAC (move and change orders) and also provide alternative solutions to customers who have had a change in service notice for increased charges for copper services for example.
Will be part of a Special Projects team which will support customers and internal initiatives a well.
