Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Specialist located in Irvine, CA. Must be willing to drive into the office Monday-Friday. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, handle face to face showroom appointments, delivering exceptional customer service and experience on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills
• Experience in delivering exceptional Customer Experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
• Apparel experience is preferred
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Power Point
• High school diploma or equivalent
