Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a team of 5 customer service representatives.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues and concerns effectively.
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Identify areas for improvement in customer service processes and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a customer service role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and diplomacy.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor s degree preferred.
