This position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the customer service team, including billing, collections, customer account management, and customer relations, while ensuring the delivery of efficient and professional service to the District's customers.The Ideal Candidate...The ideal candidate will have experience supervising and participating in customer service and utility billing activities, including staff training, performance evaluation, and operational oversight to ensure efficient and accurate service delivery.
