We are seeking a Customer Service Support Specialist to assist in executing well-established customer service activities within the order management process. This role will involve order intake, confirmation, processing, and fulfillment while ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying potential obstacles in the order management process and collaborate with internal teams to take corrective actions.
- Provide order status updates to internal stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.
- Support the generation of order-related documents in accordance with established procedures.
- Assist in resolving administrative or clerical process issues following defined procedures for order confirmation, processing, and fulfillment.
- Process customer orders, ensuring alignment with credit, contract terms, pricing, stock allocation, and transportation availability.
- Follow standard procedures related to order status, invoices, and contract balances, sharing relevant information with customer-facing representatives.
- Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical, or customer support issues under general supervision, escalating more complex matters as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Minimum Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of related work experience.
- Ability to complete a background check.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in order management, customer service, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
