We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Administrative Support Manager to lead and oversee our customer service and administrative operations in Hutto, TX. This role combines leadership, organization, and a customer-first mindset to ensure efficient processes and a positive experience for clients and staff.Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Management:- Supervise and support the customer service team to deliver exceptional service.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Administrative Oversight:- Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and reporting.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
Team Leadership:- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster professional growth and productivity.
- Schedule and manage team workloads to ensure optimal performance and adherence to deadlines.
- Promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
Process Improvement:- Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for optimization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or a similar managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Familiarity with office management tools and procedures.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
