Concord Coach Lines is seeking a full-time, in-person, reliable, people-oriented person who enjoys helping customers and takes pride in their job. The open position is for a full-time, year-round ticket agent / customer service representative at our South Station, Boston, MA location. Shifts vary during our business hours of 7:30am-10:15pm. Weekend and holiday availability is required. Flexibility is a must.
