Customer Service/Weighmaster - Graniterock : Job Details

Job SummaryThis position will be primarily responsible for operating the scales providing accurate tags for all materials coming in and going out of the yard to ensure alignment with Graniterock's Strategic Priorities and business objectives.Essential Job Accountabilities* Comply, understand, and promote safety initiatives to ensure Safety Before All Else. * Provide customers with accurate sales tags for incoming and outgoing materials.* Manage credit card receipts and balance drawer daily to ensure accurate accounting of funds.* Oversee daily schedule for location. Communicate schedule to plant team members and dispatch.* Verify all vehicle files contain accurate information per the Weight and Measures Standards.* Track and report on daily usage of oil, gas, energy and scale downtimes to increase efficiency.Education and Work Experience* High school diploma or equivalent* 1+ years construction industry or related general office experienceRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Cash handling and excellent math aptitude* Excellent time management* Ability to prioritize work productively and meet deadlines.* Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferable* Ability to work flexible schedule as needed.This position has been identified as a safety sensitive role and is subject to random drug and alcohol testing, per the Graniterock Substance Abuse policy.
