Customer Success Associate Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, Customer Success Associates and operations, to ensure seamless campaign execution.

• Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records, customer databases, and campaign reports for the Customer Success Associate team.

• Troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and liaise with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
