The Role:

We're on the lookout for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to work hand-in-hand with our customers to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes with the company s products or services, leading to high satisfaction and retention rates. You ll blend a deep understanding of our products and services with a keen pulse of our customers wants, needs, and desires to ensure our customers never consider an alternative solution to their embedded financing needs.

Your Impact:

  • Customer Engagement: Drive product adoption and utilization for our customers to ensure they are getting the most out of our solution.
  • Cross-functional Liaison: Be the vital link between Sales, Project Management, and Engineering to convey the wants and needs of the customer.
  • Proactive Problem Solver: Engage with customers to identify potential roadblocks or issues in a proactive manner.

Who You ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Understand customers' business needs and objectives to effectively position our products/services and drive value.
  • Onboard new customers effectively, ensuring they understand how to use products or services to their full potential.
  • Conduct Business Reviews with customers to monitor health indicators, and proactively identify and address potential issues to minimize customer churn.
  • Provide ongoing education and support, facilitating product adoption and engagement.
  • Act as a bridge between customers and the product team, conveying feedback and advocating for product improvements.
  • Track and report on key metrics related to customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

What You ve Done

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer success or account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other customer success tools is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
