This role is highly entrepreneurial and cross-functional, and the successful candidate will make an immediate and continuous impact on the satisfaction and success of our clients. For the right person, it's a rare opportunity to help build an industry-defining company from the ground up. The role is based in New York City. ResponsibilitiesAs Customer Success Manager, you will:
  • Provide strategic consulting to clients on how to best implement their embedded finance product and bring it to market, including understanding Unit's full product offering and where clients should leverage additional features;
  • Build and manage multiple client relationships post-onboarding, including proactively engaging with key contacts, identifying and tracking any issues to resolution, and ensuring we deeply understand the health of the relationship at any given time;
  • Advocate for client needs to the internal Unit organization, and work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize client requests based on projections and opportunity size;
  • Develop and monitor the KPIs and other performance metrics we will use to track client growth and success;
  • Work closely with the support and implementation teams as a point of escalation for complex issues.
Requirements
  • You have experience in a customer success, account management, or management consulting role; ideally in the Fintech industry
  • You have experience advising clients on bringing new products to market and consulting clients on industry best practices
  • You're a quick learner, organized, and comfortable in fast-moving environments
  • You're team-focused and energized by wearing many hats
  • You like building things and owning projects from start to finish
  • You are enthusiastic about fintech and creating the future of financial infrastructure
CompensationThe base salary for this role is expected to be $120,000 - $140,000 per year. In addition, employees at Unit can expect generous benefits and may be eligible for equity and/or variable compensation.
