- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree with a major in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, or a STEM Field, as a plus
- 0-5 years of experience in the Financial Services industry or Public Sector with AML or Risk technologies experience desired, but not required
- You are a great communicator across a variety of audiences with a balance between business and technical acumen
- You have good organizational skills and excel at task management and prioritization
- You are experienced with SaaS solutions, passionate about solving customer needs, and able to set and manage customer expectations
- You are a team player and a creative problem solver with high attention to detail
- You are proficient in Google and/or MS Office suites, experience with JIRA, a plus
- You are skilled at understanding new software with a goal of being able to enable new users to be proficient in using the solution to achieve their goals
The Opportunity We Offer Quantifind is seeking a Customer Success Manager for our Customer Success team on the East Coast. In this role, you will become a key member of a close-knit team with the responsibility to ensure Quantifind delivers high quality solutions enabling our clients to achieve their goals. You will also work closely with the Product, Data Science and Engineering Teams to ensure Quantifnd meets its customer commitments within schedule. You will be relied on to coordinate internal tasks, onboard clients and be proficient in Quantifind's software products. By keeping the product team updated on customer engagement, you will have input in defining what product concepts are prioritized. A successful candidate will play an integral role in keeping our customers satisfied and our engineers focused on the highest value activities. The Customer Success Manager is the coordinator we rely on to ensure Quantifind is delivering successfully to its clients. Quantifind operates an informal hybrid schedule around hubs in Palo Alto, California, Washington D.C., New York City, New York and Boston, Massachusetts with the balance of engineers in the Palo Alto area. Quantifind is currently using a hybrid mix of working from home and in the office, with regular in-person touchpoints and shared office space. The base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000-110,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.
