ResponsibilitiesMaximize our customers' ROI in the Workiva PlatformDevelop and maintain close relationships with management, product adoption sponsors, and/or key stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycleWork closely with Workiva's Services, Support, Marketing, and Sales teams to drive adoptionby ensuring customers are effectively onboarded, trained, and supported throughout the customer journeyContinuously prove ROI to your customersConsult on best practices, workflows, and management business reviewsDevelop multi-purpose relationships throughout customer organizationsIdentify risks within named accounts & take appropriate actions to manage and/or escalate to an efficient resolutionEnsure all customers are continuously working toward key milestones of the Customer Journey using customer-facing Success PlansAdvocate for customers internally by providing continuous feedback to Workiva's Sales, Services, Marketing, Product, & Engineering teamsWork with Sales to understand the details of upcoming renewalsTeach customers how to use the Workiva PlatformUse customer management tools to track customer communication, issues, and metricsWillingness to travel, with up to 10% of travel expected for team and corporate meetingsBenefits$53,000.00 - $90,000.00A discretionary bonus typically paid annuallyRestricted Stock Units granted at time of hire401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits packageCoverage starting day one, with competitive health, dental, and vision plansCasual work environmentParticipation in Business Employee Resource Groups and volunteering opportunitiesCompetitive PTO, VTO, and Parental LeaveWhat You'll NeedRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience (Customer Success, Customer Service, Account Management or Sales preferred)Desired Skills and ExperienceDeep commitment to customer successAbility to understand complex problems and explain them simplyStrong communication & presentation skillsSelf-starter with ability to manage time and prioritize competing demands#J-18808-Ljbffr
