Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Deployment & Customer Success Manager to oversee the implementation of advanced AI-driven solutions across manufacturing lines in the North America region. This role is a blend of technical deployment, customer engagement, and strategic account management, focusing on maximizing product adoption and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deployment and Implementation:
  • Analyze and understand customer manufacturing processes to develop tailored deployment strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end implementation, including software installation, hardware setup, and initial system testing.
  • Act as the point of contact for deployment activities, collaborating with global technical teams to ensure success.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase value and build customer confidence.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and training to ensure seamless product integration.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and fostering trust.
  • Account Growth:
  • Identify opportunities to expand product usage and recommend additional solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Support the sales team with upselling and renewal opportunities through consistent customer engagement.
  • Feedback and Improvement:
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement.
  • Collaborate with product teams to recommend enhancements that align with client requirements.
  • Project Management:
  • Oversee deployment timelines and ensure deliverables meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain strong communication between manufacturing experts and software development teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with automation systems, particularly in automotive manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and controls architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical, data-driven approach.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel within North America (United States, Mexico, and Canada).

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience with PLC, CNC, or robotics programming.
  • Familiarity with working in a high-paced, dynamic environment, such as a startup.
  • Experience managing accounts in the automotive or manufacturing sectors.
